Came from a far-off state Jharkhand, became a Keralite by embracing the culture, language and food habits of this southern Kerala. He did his MBBS in St.John’s Medical College Bangalore (1975) and MS from Ranchi University, Jharkhand (1985). He is part of IHM Hospital Marygiri from 1986 serving as a general surgeon and he is known for the utmost care during and after surgeries.
